The Myrtle Beach Seahawks basketball team scored 64 points and held the host West Florence Knights to 50 in the Seahawks league triumph on Friday.

The Seahawks now sport a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hartsville for a AAAA Region 6 contest on Wednesday, January 10. Myrtle Beach will battle a Red Foxes team coming off a 62-50 non-league win over Lee Central (Bishopville, SC). The Red Foxes record now stands at 3-9.

The Knights (4-10) will now prepare for their contest against North Myrtle Beach (Little River, SC). The Chiefs enter the AAAA Region 6 contest with a 11-4 record. In their last contest, North Myrtle Beach was defeated by Wilson (Florence, SC), 61-39, in a league contest.
