Colorado High School Basketball - Rangely ripped by North Fork
January 5, 2024: Hotchkiss, CO 81419 The North Fork Miners basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Rangely Panthers to 13 in the Miners non-league triumph on Friday.
The Miners now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Gunnison for a 3A Western Slope contest on Friday, January 12. North Fork will meet a Cowboys team coming off a 71-35 non-league loss to Pagosa Springs (Pagosa Springs, CO). The Cowboys record now stands at 1-7.
The Panthers (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Soroco (Oak Creek, CO). The Rams enter the 2A/1A Western Slope contest with a 1-6 record. In their last contest, Soroco was routed by Crested Butte (Crested Butte, CO), 78-19, in a non-league contest.
