Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Ridgeway Roadrunners (Memphis, TN) and the visiting White Station Spartans (Memphis, TN), saw Ridgeway's basketball squad hold off White Station by a tally of 54-50.

With the victory, Ridgeway improves its record to 10-5 on the campaign. The Roadrunners host Hamilton (Memphis, TN) to play the Wildcats in a 3A District 16 challenge on Tuesday, January 9. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 6-8.

Next up, the Spartans play the Camden Panthers (Camden, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 6. White Station will attempt to improve on its 3-8 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 8-1 record after their 71-66 non-league win over Houston (Germantown, TN).
