Oklahoma High School Basketball - Timberlake tops Beaver
January 5, 2024: Helena, OK 73741 Timberlake Tigers (Helena, OK) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Beaver Dusters (Beaver, OK), 43-33 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Timberlake upgrades its record to 6-5 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Buffalo (Buffalo, OK) to play the Bison in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 6. The Bison come into the bout with a record of 6-3. Buffalo lost 41-21 in their recent non-league bout against Pond Creek-Hunter (Pond Creek, OK)
Next up, the Dusters play the Turpin Cardinals (Turpin, OK) in a Panhandle Six bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Beaver will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record. The Cardinals come into the bout with a 4-5 record after their 64-25 non-league win over Frederick (Frederick, OK).
