Connecticut High School Basketball - Farmington crushes Platt
January 5, 2024: Meriden, CT 06451 Farmington River Hawks (Farmington, CT) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Platt Panthers (Meriden, CT), 68-22 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Farmington upgrades its record to 6-3 on the campaign. The River Hawks host Avon (Avon, CT) to play the Falcons in a Central Connecticut - West Colonial bout on Monday, January 8. The Falcons come into the bout with a record of 3-4. Avon lost 46-30 in their recent league bout against Northwest Catholic (West Hartford, CT)
Next up, the Panthers play the Northwest Catholic Lions (West Hartford, CT) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 8. Platt will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record. The Lions come into the bout with a 6-1 record after their 46-30 league win over Avon (Avon, CT).
