California High School Basketball - American nips Notre Dame
January 5, 2024: San Jose, CA 95112 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the American Eagles (Fremont, CA) and the host Notre Dame Regents (San Jose, CA), saw American's basketball squad hold off Notre Dame by a count of 31-29.
With the victory, American upgrades its record to 5-6 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Mission San Jose (Fremont, CA) to play the Warriors in a challenge on Tuesday, January 9. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 1-2. Mission San Jose lost 44-28 in their recent non-league challenge against Freedom (Oakley, CA)
Next up, the Regents play the Notre Dame Tigers (Belmont, CA) in a challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. Notre Dame will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
