The Collegiate Cougars basketball team scored 46 points and held the host The New Community School Sabers to 18 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Friday.

The Cougars now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Freeman for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 18.

The Sabers (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Millwood (Midlothian, VA). The Bobcats enter the contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Millwood was routed by West End Christian (Hopewell, VA), 46-41, in a non-league contest.
