Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Springside Chestnut Hill Academy can't hold off Hill School
January 5, 2025: Pottstown, PA 19464 Hill School Rams (Pottstown, PA) supporters left the game satisfied Sunday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Springside Chestnut Hill Academy Blue Devils (Philadelphia, PA), 67-63 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Hill School advances its record to 9-1 on the year. The Rams travel to Georgetown Prep (North Bethesda, MD) to face the Little Hoyas in a non-league match on Monday, January 6. The Little Hoyas enter the match with a record of 6-6. Georgetown Prep lost 61-46 in their recent non-league match against Paul VI (Chantilly, VA)
The Blue Devils now own a 14-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Germantown Academy for a Inter-Academic match on Tuesday, January 7. Springside Chestnut Hill Academy will face a Patriots squad coming off a 61-54 non-league loss to Samuel Fels (Philadelphia, PA). The Patriots record now stands at 6-5.
