The Canby Cougars basketball squad scored 70 points and restricted the visiting Centennial Eagles to 62 in the Cougars league win on Monday.

Next, the Cougars clash with the La Salle Falcons (Milwaukie, OR) in a 5A Northwest Oregon test, on Wednesday, January 7. Canby will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Falcons come into the test with a 1-7 record after their 75-66 non-league win over Ridgeview (Redmond, OR).
