The Hugo Buffaloes basketball team scored 67 points and held the visiting Durant Lions to 37 in the Buffaloes league triumph on Friday.
The Buffaloes now sport a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Broken Bow for a Southeast Six contest on Tuesday, January 10. Hugo will meet a Savages team coming off a 54-46 league loss to Idabel (Idabel, OK). The Savages record now stands at 5-4.
The Lions (0-10) will now prepare for their contest against Ada (Ada, OK). The Cougars enter the Southeast Six contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, Ada trounced Idabel (Idabel, OK), 43-38, in a league contest.
