January 6, 2022: Sterling, VA 20164 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Woodgrove Wolverines (Purcellville, VA) and the host Park View Patriots (Sterling, VA), saw Woodgrove's basketball squad wallop Park View by a count of 71-32.
With the victory, Woodgrove upgrades its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Wolverines host Stone Bridge (Ashburn, VA) to play the Bulldogs in a Potomac challenge on Wednesday, January 12. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 8-1. Stone Bridge won 65-44 in their recent non-league challenge against Broad Run (Ashburn, VA)
Next up, the Patriots play the Potomac Falls Panthers (Sterling, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 10. Park View will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 7-3 record after their 48-45 non-league win over Broad Run (Ashburn, VA).
