The De La Salle Meteors basketball team scored 43 points and held the host Cathedral Prep Ramblers to 42 in the Meteors non-league triumph on Friday.

The Meteors now sport a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lincoln Park Performing Arts for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 7. De La Salle will meet a team coming off a 86-78 non-league win over Canisius (Buffalo, NY). The record now stands at 9-0.

The Ramblers (8-1) will now prepare for their contest against Canisius (Buffalo, NY). The Crusaders enter the non-league contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Canisius was nudged by Lincoln Park Performing Arts (Midland, PA), 86-78, in a non-league contest.
