New York High School Basketball - Fabius Pompey holds off Cato-Meridian
January 6, 2023: Cato, NY 13033 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Fabius Pompey Falcons (Fabius, NY) and the host Cato-Meridian Blue Devils (Cato, NY), saw Fabius Pompey's basketball squad hold off Cato-Meridian by a tally of 80-74.
With the victory, Fabius Pompey improves its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Falcons host Tully (Tully, NY) to confront the Black Knights in a Section 3 Onondaga - Patriot American challenge on Wednesday, January 11. The Black Knights come into the challenge with a record of 6-2.
Next up, the Blue Devils confront the Camden Blue Devils (Camden, NY) in a Section 3 Tri-Valley - Pioneer challenge, on Monday, January 9. Cato-Meridian will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record.
