January 6, 2023: Potosi, MO 63664 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Potosi Trojans (Potosi, MO) and the visiting Farmington Knights (Farmington, MO), saw Potosi's basketball squad overcome Farmington by a tally of 59-47.
With the victory, Potosi improves its record to 10-1 on the campaign. The Trojans host Central (Park Hills, MO) to confront the Rebels in a Mineral Area - Large challenge on Friday, January 13. The Rebels come into the challenge with a record of 12-2. Central lost 63-45 in their recent non-league challenge against MICDS (St. Louis, MO)
Next up, the Knights confront the Fredericktown Black Cats (Fredericktown, MO) in a Mineral Area - Large challenge, on Friday, January 13. Farmington will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record. The Black Cats come into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 80-39 non-league win over Lesterville (Lesterville, MO).
