Michigan High School Basketball - Flat Rock knocked off by Saline
January 6, 2023: Flat Rock, MI 48134 The Saline Hornets basketball team scored 69 points and held the host Flat Rock Rams to 61 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Friday.
The Hornets now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dexter for a Southeastern - Red contest on Tuesday, January 10. Saline will battle a Dreadnaughts team coming off a 47-40 non-league win over Woodward (Toledo, OH). The Dreadnaughts record now stands at 2-4.
The Rams (6-2) will now prepare for their contest against Huron (New Boston, MI). The Chiefs enter the Huron contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Huron was defeated by Carlson (Gibraltar, MI), 38-35, in a non-league contest.
