South Carolina High School Basketball - Myrtle Beach ripped by West Florence
January 6, 2023: Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 The West Florence Knights basketball team scored 74 points and held the host Myrtle Beach Seahawks to 51 in the Knights league triumph on Friday.
The Knights now sport a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Myrtle Beach for a AAAA Region 6 contest on Tuesday, January 10. West Florence will meet a Chiefs team coming off a 53-44 league loss to Wilson (Florence, SC). The Chiefs record now stands at 6-8.
The Seahawks (0-9) will now prepare for their contest against Hartsville (Hartsville, SC). The Red Foxes enter the AAAA Region 6 contest with a 7-8 record. In their last contest, Hartsville was routed by Conway (Conway, SC), 49-36, in a non-league contest.
