Texas High School Basketball - Pettus ripped by Town East Christian
January 6, 2023: San Antonio, TX 78220 The Town East Christian Eagles basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting Pettus War Eagles to 44 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Friday.
The Eagles now sport a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Smoking for Jesus Ministry Christian School for a non-league contest on Monday, January 9. Town East Christian will meet a Eagles team coming off a 85-67 non-league win over Lometa (Lometa, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 8-10.
The War Eagles (0-9) will now prepare for their contest against Runge (Runge, TX). The Yellowjackets enter the 1A Region IV District 30 contest with a 1-15 record.
