Ohio High School Basketball - Waynedale overwhelms Rittman
January 6, 2023: Rittman, OH 44270 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Waynedale Golden Bears (Apple Creek, OH) and the host Rittman Indians (Rittman, OH), saw Waynedale's basketball team trounce Rittman by a tally of 59-37.
The Golden Bears now possess a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tuscarawas Central Catholic for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 10. Waynedale will confront a Saints team coming off a 51-50 league loss to Ridgewood (West Lafayette, OH). The Saints record now stands at 3-6.
The Indians (1-10) will now prepare for their battle against Fairless (Navarre, OH). The Falcons come into the non-league battle with a 4-8 record.
