Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Polo Marcos (Polo, IL) and the host Forreston Cardinals (Forreston, IL), saw Polo's basketball squad overcome Forreston by a tally of 52-43.

With the victory, Polo improves its record to 8-9 on the campaign. The Marcos travel to Ashton-Franklin Center (Ashton, IL) to confront the Raiders in a Northwest Upstate Illini - South challenge on Tuesday, January 10. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 7-10.
