California High School Basketball - Granite Hills nudges Muir
January 6, 2023: El Cajon, CA 92019 In Friday's non-league outing, the Granite Hills Eagles (El Cajon, CA) basketball squad nipped the visiting Muir Mustangs (Pasadena, CA), by a margin of 39-37.
The Eagles (12-5) will now prepare for their outing against Steele Canyon (Spring Valley, CA). The Cougars go into the Grossmont - Valley outing with a 15-3 record. In their last outing, Steele Canyon got by Otay Ranch (Chula Vista, CA), 45-38, in a non-league outing.
The Mustangs now own a 11-6 record. They play next when they travel to High Tech SD for a non-league outing on Saturday, January 7. Muir will clash with a Storm squad coming off a 41-26 league loss to Mission Bay (San Diego, CA). The Storm record now stands at 7-5.
