Socorro Bulldogs (El Paso, TX) fans were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Parkland Matadors (El Paso, TX), 6-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs confront the Canutillo Eagles (Canutillo, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 7. Socorro will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 5-0 non-league loss to Andress (El Paso, TX).

The Matadors now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Jefferson for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 10.
