January 6, 2023: Rockaway, NJ 07866 The Summit Hilltoppers ice hockey squad scored 4 points and restricted the host Morris Knolls Golden Eagles to 2 in the Hilltoppers non-league victory on Friday.
With the victory, Summit moves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Hilltoppers travel to Livingston (Livingston, NJ) to face the Lancers in a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 24. The Lancers go into the contest with a record of 1-3.
The Golden Eagles now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Watchung Hills Regional for a non-league contest on Sunday, January 8. Morris Knolls will face a Warriors squad coming off a 6-2 non-league loss to Randolph (Randolph, NJ). The Warriors record now stands at 0-1.
