The South Charlotte Thunder Thunder basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Asheville Trailblazers Trailblazers to 33 in the Thunder non-league triumph on Friday.

The Thunder now sport a 8-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hickory Christian Academy for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 10.

The Trailblazers (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Greenville Hurricanes (Greenville, SC). The Hurricanes enter the contest with a 3-6 record.
