January 6, 2023: Los Angeles, CA 90045 Rise Kohyang Tritons (Los Angeles, CA) supporters were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Westchester Comets (Los Angeles, CA), 6-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Tritons confront the Contreras Cobras (Los Angeles, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 7. Rise Kohyang will attempt to move on its 5-0 season record. The Cobras enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Sun Valley Magnet (Sun Valley, CA).
The Comets now possess a 0-7 record. They take the field next when they host Palisades for a Western challenge on Monday, January 9. Westchester will confront a Dolphins team coming off a 0-0 non-league Crossroads (Santa Monica, CA). The Dolphins record now stands at 2-0.
