January 6, 2024: Milton, VT 05468 The Bellows Free Academy Bobwhites/Comets (St. Albans, VT) basketball knocked off the host Milton Yellowjackets (Milton, VT), 73-56 in Saturday's league test.
The Bobwhites/Comets (5-3) will now prepare for their test against Rice Memorial (South Burlington, VT). The Green Knights go into the non-league test with a 7-0 record. In their last test, Rice Memorial notched a victory over Champlain Valley Union (Hinesburg, VT), 51-46, in a league test.
The Yellowjackets now own a 1-8 record. They play next when they travel to Northfield for a non-league test on Monday, January 8. Milton will encounter a Marauders squad coming off a 75-25 league loss to Williamstown (Williamstown, VT). The Marauders record now stands at 0-8.
