The Bears now possess a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Winona for a AAA Section 1 battle on Monday, January 8. Byron will battle a Winhawks team coming off a 67-58 league loss to Faribault (Faribault, MN). The Winhawks record now stands at 2-8.
The Packers (2-8) will now prepare for their battle against Simley (Inver Grove Heights, MN). The Spartans come into the AAA Section 3 battle with a 3-8 record. In their last battle, Simley dropped by North (North St. Paul, MN), 81-60, in a league battle.
