Minnesota High School Basketball - Chanhassen holds off Lakeville South
January 6, 2024: Chanhassen, MN 55317 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Chanhassen Storm (Chanhassen, MN) and the visiting Lakeville South Cougars (Lakeville, MN), saw Chanhassen's basketball squad hold off Lakeville South by a tally of 74-69.
With the victory, Chanhassen improves its record to 4-5 on the campaign. The Storm travel to Shakopee (Shakopee, MN) to confront the Sabers in a AAAA Section 2 challenge on Thursday, January 11. The Sabers come into the challenge with a record of 7-2.
Next up, the Cougars confront the Eagan Wildcats (Eagan, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Lakeville South will attempt to improve on its 7-4 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 6-4 record after their 61-45 non-league win over Century (Rochester, MN).
