Oklahoma High School Basketball - Minco can't hold off Crescent
January 6, 2024: Crescent, OK 73028 The Crescent Tigers basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting Minco Bulldogs to 62 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Tigers now sport a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host ASTEC Charter for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 9. Crescent will battle a Comets team coming off a 40-18 non-league loss to Mercy School Institute (Edmond, OK). The Comets record now stands at 1-5.
The Bulldogs (5-6) will now prepare for their contest against Wynnewood (Wynnewood, OK). The Savages enter the non-league contest with a 3-8 record. In their last contest, Wynnewood was nudged by Stratford (Stratford, OK), 58-25, in a league contest.
