Illinois High School Basketball - DePaul College Prep knocked off by Homewood-Flossmoor
January 6, 2024: Chicago, IL 60618 The Homewood-Flossmoor Vikings basketball team scored 57 points and held the host DePaul College Prep Rams to 46 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Vikings now sport a 14-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Andrew for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 9. Homewood-Flossmoor will meet a Thunderbolts team coming off a 53-48 non-league loss to Hansberry (Chicago, IL). The Thunderbolts record now stands at 13-4.
The Rams (16-1) will now prepare for their contest against St. Francis de Sales (Chicago, IL). The Pioneers enter the non-league contest with a 4-13 record. In their last contest, St. Francis de Sales was outscored by Bishop McNamara (Kankakee, IL), 62-52, in a non-league contest.
