Michigan High School Basketball - Dexter fells Woodward
January 6, 2024: Dexter, MI 48130 Dexter Dreadnaughts (Dexter, MI) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Woodward Polar Bears (Toledo, OH), 60-46 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Dexter upgrades its record to 4-5 on the season. The Dreadnaughts travel to Saline (Saline, MI) to clash with the Hornets in a Southeastern - Red game on Tuesday, January 9. The Hornets enter the game with a record of 7-1. Saline won 57-50 in their recent non-league game against Flat Rock (Flat Rock, MI)
With the defeat, Woodward moves to 1-8 on the year. The Polar bears host Waite (Toledo, OH) to face the Indians in a Toledo City game on Tuesday, January 9. The Indians enter the game with a record of 0-10. Waite lost 55-16 in their recent non-league game against Northview (Sylvania, OH)
