Iowa High School Basketball - Mediapolis overwhelms Durant
January 6, 2024: Mediapolis, IA 52637 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Mediapolis Bulldogs (Mediapolis, IA) and the visiting Durant Wildcats (Durant, IA), saw Mediapolis's basketball squad wallop Durant by a tally of 75-32.
With the victory, Mediapolis improves its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Winfield-Mt. Union (Winfield, IA) to confront the Wolves in a SEI - North challenge on Monday, January 8. The Wolves come into the challenge with a record of 10-1. Winfield-Mt. Union won 68-31 in their recent league challenge against Lone Tree (Lone Tree, IA)
Next up, the Wildcats confront the West Liberty Comets (West Liberty, IA) in a River Valley challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Durant will attempt to improve on its 0-12 season record.
