In Saturday's non-league match, the host Pacifica Christian/Orange County Tritons basketball team scored a tight 68-61 triumph over the Modesto Christian Crusaders.

In their next game, the Tritons meet the Fairmont Prep Huskies (Anaheim, CA) in a San Joaquin match, on Tuesday, January 9. Pacifica Christian/Orange County will attempt to move on its 11-8 season record. The Huskies enter the match with a 11-7 record after their 59-50 non-league win over Alemany (Mission Hills, CA).
