January 6, 2024: Kalamazoo, MI 49001 In Saturday's non-league outing, the Port Huron Northern Huskies (Port Huron, MI) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Norrix Knights (Kalamazoo, MI), by a margin of 84-62.
The Huskies (7-2) will now prepare for their outing against Utica Eisenhower (Shelby Township, MI). The Eagles go into the Macomb Area - Red outing with a 6-4 record. In their last outing, Utica Eisenhower was trounced by Lincoln (Warren, MI), 52-48, in a non-league outing.
The Knights now own a 3-6 record. They play next when they travel to Lakeview for a Southwestern Michigan - East outing on Thursday, January 11. Norrix will clash with a Spartans squad coming off a 68-67 non-league win over Norrix (Kalamazoo, MI). The Spartans record now stands at 7-2.
