The Ballard Bombers basketball team scored 50 points and restricted the visiting Center Point-Urbana Stormin' Pointers to 33 in the Bombers non-league victory on Saturday.

The Bombers now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Winterset for a Raccoon River contest on Tuesday, January 9.

The Stormin' Pointers (2-9) will now prepare for their contest against Vinton-Shellsburg (Vinton, IA). The Vikings come into the WAMAC - West contest with a 4-6 record. In their last contest, Vinton-Shellsburg dropped by Marion (Marion, IA), 49-38, in a league bout.
