The Elk Point-Jefferson Huskies knocked off the visiting Dell Rapids Quarriers basketball squad by a margin of 52-36 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Huskies (7-1) will now prepare for their test against Ponca (Ponca, NE). The Indians go into the non-league test with a 5-7 record.

The Quarriers now own a 1-8 record. They play next when they host Sioux Falls Christian for a A Region 3 test on Tuesday, January 9. Dell Rapids will encounter a Chargers squad coming off a 69-59 non-league win over Hamlin (Hayti, SD). The Chargers record now stands at 6-1.
