Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Notre Dame-Green Pond ripped by Gwynedd Mercy Academy
January 6, 2024: Gwynedd Valley, PA 19437 The Gwynedd Mercy Academy Monarchs basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Notre Dame-Green Pond Crusaders to 26 in the Monarchs non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Monarchs now sport a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Villa Joseph Marie for a Catholic Academies contest on Tuesday, January 9. Gwynedd Mercy Academy will meet a Jems team coming off a 60-30 non-league win over Academy Park (Sharon Hill, PA). The Jems record now stands at 8-5.
The Crusaders (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Southern Lehigh (Center Valley, PA). The Spartans enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record.
