Alaska High School Basketball - Ketchikan can't hold off Juneau-Douglas
January 6, 2024: Juneau, AK 99801 The Juneau-Douglas Crimson Bears basketball team scored 45 points and restricted the visiting Ketchikan Kings to 40 in the Crimson Bears league victory on Saturday.
The Crimson Bears now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sitka for a non-league contest on Friday, January 12. Juneau-Douglas will battle a Wolves team coming off a 62-19 non-league win over Kodiak (Kodiak, AK). The Wolves record now stands at 4-2.
The Kings (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against West Valley (Fairbanks, AK). The Wolf Pack come into the non-league contest with a 1-2 record.
