Maud Tigers (Maud, OK) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Schulter Bulldogs (Schulter, OK), 62-46 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Maud upgrades its record to 5-5 on the campaign. The Tigers host Asher (Asher, OK) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Indians come into the bout with a record of 12-6. Asher won 30-27 in their recent non-league bout against Stratford (Stratford, OK)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Wetumka Chieftains (Wetumka, OK) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 11. Schulter will attempt to upgrade on its 7-5 season record.
