January 6, 2024: Redfield, SD 57469 The Stanley County Buffalos basketball team (Fort Pierre, SD), was overwhelmed 38-17 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Redfield Pheasants (Redfield, SD)
The Pheasants now possess a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Miller for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 9. Redfield will confront a Rustlers team coming off a 43-30 league loss to Mobridge-Pollock (Mobridge, SD). The Rustlers record now stands at 4-2.
The Buffalos (0-10) will now prepare for their battle against Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] (Gettysburg, SD). The Battlers come into the non-league battle with a 2-4 record. In their last battle, Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] trounced Timber Lake (Timber Lake, SD), 53-37, in a non-league battle.
