January 6, 2024: Manchester, VT 05254 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Champlain Valley Union Redhawks (Hinesburg, VT) and the host Burr & Burton Bulldogs (Manchester, VT), saw Champlain Valley Union's basketball squad hold off Burr & Burton by a tally of 36-32.
With the victory, Champlain Valley Union improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Redhawks travel to Burlington (Burlington, VT) to confront the Seahorses in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 12. The Seahorses come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Otter Valley Otters (Brandon, VT) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Burr & Burton will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
