Wisconsin High School Ice Hockey - Madison West knocks off Sun Prairie
January 6, 2024: Madison, WI 53726 The Madison West Regents trounced the visiting Sun Prairie Cardinals ice hockey squad by a tally of 6-1 in Saturday's league bout.
With the victory, Madison West betters its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Regents host Janesville Craig (Janesville, WI) to confront the Cougars in a bout on Thursday, January 11. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
The Cardinals now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln for a bout on Saturday, January 27. Sun Prairie will confront a Red Raiders squad coming off a 7-4 league loss to Stevens Point (Stevens Point, WI). The Red Raiders record now stands at 0-2.
