January 6, 2024: Wilbraham, MA 01095 Winchendon Wapiti (Winchendon, MA) fans left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their ice hockey team hold off the host Wilbraham & Monson Academy Titans (Wilbraham, MA), 3-2 in a league match.
The Wapiti (5-9) will now prepare for their match against Pomfret School (Pomfret, CT). The Griffins enter the match with a 4-7 record.
Next up, the Titans clash with the Berkshire School Bears (Sheffield, MA) in a match, on Monday, January 8. Wilbraham & Monson Academy will attempt to advance on its 4-6 season record. The Bears enter the match with a 9-5 record after their 7-1 league win over Williston Northampton (Easthampton, MA).
