January 6, 2024: Henderson, CO 80640 Poudre Impalas (Fort Collins, CO) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Prairie View Thunderhawks (Henderson, CO), 41-40 in a league bout.
With the win, Poudre upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Impalas host Loveland (Loveland, CO) to play the Red Wolves in a bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Red Wolves go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Loveland lost 49-44 in their recent non-league bout against Rocky Mountain (Fort Collins, CO)
Next up, the Thunderhawks play the Rocky Mountain Lobos (Fort Collins, CO) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Prairie View will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Lobos go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 49-44 non-league win over Loveland (Loveland, CO).
