The Shadow Ridge Mustangs basketball team scored 77 points and limited the visiting Chaparral Cowboys to 62 in the Mustangs league triumph on Monday.

The Mustangs now possess a 8-8 record. They play next when they travel to Centennial for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 7. Shadow Ridge will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 82-61 non-league win over Las Vegas (Las Vegas, NV). The Bulldogs record now stands at 14-1.

With the loss, Chaparral falls to 8-8 on the campaign. The Cowboys travel to Del Sol (Las Vegas, NV) to confront the Dragons in a 4A Sky game on Thursday, January 9.
