The Fort Meade Miners basketball team scored 69 points and limited the visiting Ridgeview Global Studies Academy Explorers to 25 in the Miners non-league triumph on Monday.

The Miners now possess a 3-5 record. They play next when they host Lake Placid for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 7. Fort Meade will confront a Dragons team coming off a 52-46 league loss to Frostproof (Frostproof, FL). The Dragons record now stands at 2-7.

With the loss, Ridgeview Global Studies Academy falls to 2-7 on the campaign.
