The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Golden Valley Cougars (Merced, CA) and the visiting Kimball Jaguars (Tracy, CA), observed Golden Valley's basketball team edge Kimball by a score of 77-76.

The Cougars (12-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Summerville (Tuolumne, CA). The Bears come into the non-league challenge with a 5-8 record.
