Wisconsin High School Basketball - Westfield Area routs Necedah
January 6, 2025: Westfield, WI 53964 In Monday's non-league contest, the host Westfield Area Pioneers basketball team scored a big 72-21 win over the Necedah Cardinals.
The Pioneers (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Nekoosa (Nekoosa, WI). The Papermakers come into the South Central contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, Nekoosa smashed Northland Lutheran (Mosinee, WI), 69-49, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Cardinals battle the Brookwood Falcons (Ontario, WI) in a Scenic Bluffs contest, on Thursday, January 9. Necedah will attempt to better on its 0-7 season record. The Falcons come into the contest with a 1-5 record after their 38-16 non-league loss to Westby (Westby, WI).
