January 6, 2025: Bingham, ME 04920 Valley Cavaliers (Bingham, ME) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting North Haven Hawks (North Haven, ME), 86-18 in a league match.
With the victory, Valley upgrades its record to 6-0 on the year. The Cavaliers host Temple Academy (Waterville, ME) to face the Bereans in a D South match on Tuesday, January 7. The Bereans enter the match with a record of 1-7. Temple Academy won 64-36 in their recent league match against Vinalhaven (Vinalhaven, ME)
The Hawks now sport a 0-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Buckfield for a D South match on Tuesday, January 7. North Haven will face a Bucks squad coming off a 75-54 league win over Forest Hills (Jackman, ME). The Bucks record now stands at 5-6.
