January 6, 2025: Osceola, WI 54020 Osceola Chieftains (Osceola, WI) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Unity Eagles (Balsam Lake, WI), 45-35 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Osceola upgrades its record to 2-5 on the year. The Chieftains travel to Amery (Amery, WI) to face the Warriors in a Middle Border match on Tuesday, January 7. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 9-1. Amery won 83-71 in their recent non-league match against Barron (Barron, WI)
The Eagles now sport a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Siren for a Lakeland - West match on Tuesday, January 7. Unity will face a Dragons squad coming off a 46-28 non-league loss to Drummond (Drummond, WI). The Dragons record now stands at 2-6.
