Iowa High School Basketball - South Hamilton overwhelmed by Perry

January 6, 2025: Jewell, IA 50130

In Monday's league test, the Perry Bluejays (Perry, IA) basketball squad trounced the host South Hamilton Hawks (Jewell, IA), by a score of 82-33.

Next, the Bluejays encounter the Grand View Christian Thunder (Des Moines, IA) in a Heart of Iowa - Large test, on Friday, January 10. Perry will attempt to improve on its 6-3 season record. The Thunder come into the test with a 10-0 record after their 73-56 non-league win over Nevada (Nevada, IA).

The Hawks (0-12) will now prepare for their test against Greene County (Jefferson, IA). The Rams come into the Heart of Iowa - Large test with a 2-7 record. In their last test, Greene County was routed by West Marshall (State Center, IA), 54-21, in a league test.
